Your way to us

1. Application

Send your application to A complete application should include a cover letter, a maximum of one A4 page, describing why you would like to work with us and a C.V.  (maximum of two A4 pages), with all relevant positions and experience. Here you should describe exactly what the tasks of your project were and what results you have achieved. We will review your documents immediately and give you feedback after a week at the latest, but usually by the next working day.


2. Skype interview

If your application has convinced us, a 30 minute Skype call will follow, to get to know you even better. You will learn more about us and our values. Then we will ask you a few questions about your motivation, your C.V. and your skills. A technical expert may also take part in the discussion. Important: Be yourself and show us who you really are! Whether via Skype or personally - our conversations are open and on the same level, Without trick questions, pitfalls or traps. Openness and honesty are very important to us, because this is the only way to get to know each other and to see if you are suitable for us. After a brief consultation, you will receive feedback quickly.

3. Invitation to a personal interview

If we have realised during the Skype conversation that we are on the same wave length with one another, we would then invite you to a personal meeting with our Managing Director, Michael, our HR Manager, Laura and a Tech Lead. This allows us to get to know each other better. Therefore, it is important that you also prepare yourself by also asking us some questions. What else would you like to know about our company, the team, your possible tasks or our way of working? Do not worry - we do not bite! Your curiosity is desired! Moreover, at any time, during the whole interview process you can always ask us questions, if something is unclear to you. After we have informed you about our company philosophy and our way of working in further detail, we would like to learn more from you. Afterwards you'll need to tell us something about yourself and then Michael will ask you a few questions about your career, your personal interests and different life phases. We are also interested in your coding skills and your technical focus, such as programming languages, frameworks etc. Then Laura will talk to you about a few personal things before you get a little programming task from our Tech Lead. However, do not worry – it is not the result that counts! We are interested in your approach. When all questions, both from us and from you, have been asked and answered, there is finally a small office tour.


4. Invitation to the Trial Day

If you feel like it, you can spend a voluntary trial day with us to get to know the company and our staff even better. You will be able to see if you feel comfortable with us. For this day, you will also have your personal buddy, who will accompany you throughout your probationary period.

5. Offer

Have you enjoyed your trial day with us? Or were we already convinced about each other after the personal conversation? This is followed by a contract offer for you. Once signed. Welcome to eggs! Now you can choose your work equipment/hardware so that you can jump into work on your first day. We are looking forward to see you soon!
