This is your project

Our AEM teams develop the website for 180 markets worldwide for BMW AG. To ensure continuity and integration , we need you as one of our new DevOps engineers. Be part of this agile, international and exciting project from the beginning!



• have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• have experience with Linux server configurations
• have knowledge of source code management
• are no stranger to Maven or similar build tools
• want to work in an agile software development environment
• can open communicate - and your independent way of working is what sets you apart
• have analytical thinking and you see the solution of complex challenges in proactive cooperation with the customer and your team
• have good English skills

You will


  • implement, integrate and automate existing and new elements of the DevOps toolchain, such as source code management, continuous integration and release automation
  • develop and maintain software code for DevOps process and system integration, additions and extensions
  • enable efficient operations by branching and merging code streams, creating and maintaining CI jobs, and provisioning and retiring VMs
  • define, design, document and discuss ideas for new capabilities and changes to existing DevOps procedures and systems
  • collaborate with other team members to identify best approaches and practices, prioritize needs, resolve conflicts and provide status updates
  • collect, automate and report on key metrics
  • provide technical support for resolving complex issues
  • manage tasks across multiple simultaneous projects
