Purpose
One of the main advantages in using a Field Service Client is its ability to combine an easy-to-use PDF-based UI with data from various core systems within the business. The Client works online as well as offline and displays data as a PDF form based on your requirements. A legally valid signature can be added immediately with a Signpad, if required.

Solution
All relevant and previously defined data is encrypted and stored on the Field Service Client, ready to be accessed by field staff. This data may be derived from various core systems, e.g. ERP, CRM, ECM and legacy systems. In addition, customer data can be captured using a swipe card (e.g. membership card, health insurance card, etc.).
Customers can then default this data to interactive forms (e.g. order form, acknowledgment of receipt, etc.) and attach a legally valid digital signature using a Signpad. Once the Field Service Client is online, the data is transferred back to the core systems, where it can then be processed without media disruptions.

Fields of Application
Direct Selling in Field Service: Customers can use digital order forms to place their orders. These forms contain embedded signature fields, allowing them to be signed using a Signpad. The data entered is directly transmitted back to the core systems to avoid media disruptions.

Health Care: Data captured from health care cards can be used to support the sale of medical equipment/products to patients, hospitals or physician's offices.

Repair/Maintenance: Any parts used for on-site repair or maintenance can be selected from a digital delivery slip stored on the Field Service Client. The labor time and the delivery of parts can be digitally acknowledged by the customer on site, eliminating the need to re-enter the same data later. The assignment is then automatically processed by the ERP system (inventory adjustment, write-off of items used, invoicing, etc.).
