
Integration of interactive and dynamic PDF forms with existing field service software
Purpose
The integration of a library containing interactive and dynamic PDF forms with the Field Service Client should substantially increase field service efficiency and improve service at the POS.
Many Field Service Clients focus on mapping rates and insurance logic. Due to the programming complexity of the actual technical implementation, less attention is often paid to attractive data representation and user-friendly interfaces.
Our Adobe PDF Library for Real Estate Software integrates smoothly with any field service software, turning your Field Service Client into a highly professional sales application. Instead of just seeing the bare facts, your sales representatives can now have an attractive, interactive PDF interface at their fingertips during consultations. They select the appropriate PDF forms from the library according to subject (mortgage loan, consumer credit, life insurance, home contents insurance), which are then seamlessly integrated with the existing client and displayed there.
Data interchange between existing real estate software and PDF forms works in both directions. If you wish, you may also use a signature pad to have application forms digitally signed in the sales rep's presence at the POS.
Solution
The sales rep selects a form during his customer meeting. The form is retrieved and pre-populated with data from the Field Service Client. Any other required data can be amended in the PDF document and sent back to the Field Service Client (e.g. to calculate the appropriate rate).
As soon an agreement is reached, the data entered is used to create a portfolio containing a digital application form. Other documents in the portfolio might include business activities, vouchers, "Refer-A-Friend" forms, company presentations or other personalized files. Customers can add a digital signature to the application immediately; however, the document may optionally be sent as a hardcopy.
All of the following modules may be used offline and without an internet connection:
PDF Data: Interface between the Field Service Client and the PDF plug-in.
PDF Label: Inserts watermarks (page numbers, IDs) into AcroForms to identify associated documents (legal requirement).
PDF Encrypt: Encrypts AcroForms (e.g. to suppress Copy/Paste functionality)
PDF Packager: Create a portfolio using a template document. Will package an unlimited number of attachments into the portfolio, as required.
PDF View: Allows PDF documents to be displayed within your real estate software.
